    Brady Quinn is getting his second chance at starting. Quinn, benched just 10 quarters into the season for Derek Anderson, will start Monday night's game against the Baltimore Ravens. He was pulled at halftime of the Browns' 34-3 loss to Baltimore on Sept. 27, and will make his return against one of the NFL's toughest defenses.

    Two years ago, the Cleveland Browns turned their woeful offense over to Derek Anderson and won 10 games. Eric Mangini can only hope it happens again. With his first season in Cleveland already unraveling, Mangini benched Brady Quinn in favor of Anderson, who rode a similar opportunity in 2007 to an appearance in the Pro Bowl.
