New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning was having an MRI on his right leg in the wake of his injury against the Kansas City Chiefs.  Giants spokesman Pat Hanlon said the results will be reviewed by Dr. Russell Warren later Monday, oct. 5, 2009,  and the team will make an announcement after the doctor talks to Manning.

Eli Manning's teammates expect he'll make his 83rd consecutive start on Sunday. Manning had an MRI on his right foot Monday, which revealed he has plantar fasciitis, an inflammation and swelling of the tissue on the bottom of the foot.
